Directions:
To make a thin Slippery Elm porridge take a teaspoonful (6g) of Thomson’s Pure Slippery Elm Powder and mix well with a teaspoon of raw cane icing sugar. Slowly add half a pint (248mls) or so of boiling water, or milk stirring vigorously all the time. If desired it may be flavoured with a little cinnamon spice. It may also be made without sugar. May be taken up to three times a day.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
