The formulation contained within Vivomixx was developed over 20 years ago by Professor Claudio De Simone, a professor of infectious diseases and immunology in Italy. Now known as the ‘De Simone formulation’ or DSF, this formulation consists of a unique combination of 8 healthy bacterial strains in a concentration of 450 billion live bacteria per sachet. This original formulation has been quoted in over 200 scientific studies and is the most highly researched probiotic ever produced.

PRODUCT USE:
To see optimal results, it is recommended to take Vivomixx for a minimum of 30 days. The recommended daily dose depends upon the condition being treated. For symptoms such as bloating or flatulence, 1 to 2 sachets per day should be sufficient. For more troublesome conditions, it is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets per day initially. To use, one should dissolve contents of the sachet in water, yogurt or any other cold, non-carbonated drink or food and consume immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Vivomixx is a food supplement and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

STORAGE:
Keep refrigerated (+2-8°C). Vivomixx contains live bacteria which are sensitive to heat, it is therefore recommended to keep the product refrigerated and away from light at all times. However it may be stored at room temperature (maximum +25°C) for up to one week. Avoid high temperatures.

maltose, S thermophilus, lactobacilli (L acidophilus, L plantarum, L paracasei, L bulgaricus) bifidobacteria (B longum, B breve, B infantis).

Gluten free.

CAUTIONS:
Pregnant or breastfeeding women should talk with their doctor or other healthcare professional before taking this or any other food supplement. Vivomixx is believed to be compatible with all types of drugs. If you take it with antibiotics, make sure to take it far apart from them.

When you start taking Vivomixx , you may experience bloating while your digestive tract adjusts to the additional bacteria in Vivomixx. If you experience bloating, you may reduce your daily intake to allow for this adjustment.
