This review is long overdue, sorry Ben!I can’t recommend Ben highly enough. I first went to see him during an incredibly difficult period last year, when I was struggling with severe anxiety and had developed some very unpleasant physical symptoms, including tinnitus.The acupuncture made a real difference to how I was feeling. I would leave appointments noticeably calmer and more settled, and over time I began to feel as though I was finally turning a corner. At a point when I felt completely overwhelmed and as though I was losing myself, my sessions with Ben helped me feel grounded again and played a very real part in starting me on the road to recovery.Ben is also an exceptionally kind and compassionate person. He went above and beyond to support me when I was really struggling, in ways I will never forget. I always felt that he genuinely cared about how I was doing, rather than simply treating me as another patient.I will always be enormously grateful for the care and support he gave me during one of the hardest periods of my life. He is a wonderful practitioner and a genuinely lovely person, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Ben is an excellent acupuncturist. He’s a keen and attentive listener, both to my words and my pulses which have him oftentimes pinpoint issues I’m having difficulty in clarifying. He has helped me immeasurably over the last several years.

I am thoroughly grateful to have found Ben and can't recommend him enough. I'd had no experience of acupuncture up until 4 weeks ago but Ben is so knowledgable, genuinely wants to help people and goes above and beyond - I instantly felt in safe hands. He explains everything he is doing and answers any questions - tailoring sessions to give you the best benefit. My treatment is ongoing but I'm very confident Ben will get me better!

The fourteen months before l found Ben were hell. Sciatica along with two herniated discs and arthritis meant l was living with terrible pain. l couldn't sit down . Just perched on a barstool.Ben set to work and things started to improve but he didn't think l was improving fast enough and thought my problems were being exasperated by inflammation. He put me on the Ileocecal valve diet ,a five week programme basically eliminating foods known to cause inflammation.Alongside this, weekly acupuncture and massage of the ileocecal valve.After the five weeks l was a different person . The relieve of being able to walk down stair sproperly, not one step at a time, to feel like doing things again .....it was amazing. l am 74 and have multiple back issues but Ben keeps me going with monthly top up acupuncture. l can't sing his praises enough . Thourougly recommend.

I first had acupuncture treatments with Ben last summer after being diagnosed with Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and an autoimmune condition. I cannot emphasise how much he has helped me, the changes I have felt since having regular sessions are amazing and it just continues to get better! Not only has Ben helped with these physical issues but also stress related ones too, I always finish my sessions feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I truly cannot thank Ben enough for all he has done so far, the time, effort and energy he puts into his work does not go unnoticed and I couldn’t recommend him more. I truly don’t know what I would do without Ben’s help, his sessions are worth their weight in gold and he is always so lovely and welcoming and we always have a good chat and laugh (I’m also not scared of needles anymore!)

I started acupuncture with Ben last summer, to help address some complex issues I had been experiencing. Ben has helped me so much, and words can't describe how much change I have been seeing whilst going to my frequent appointments! His work is very thorough, and I constantly see results. I genuinely couldn't live without the sessions! Not only does he help me with internal issues, but helps to regulate my high levels of stress, around my exams and deadlines for work. I always leave my sessions feeling much better, and less stressed! I cannot thank Ben enough for all that he does for my health and I always have a wonderful chat and a laugh! Thank you so much Ben! Ben is absolutely fantastic! Highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I’ve noticed a massive improvement in my sleep and muscular pain since I started coming here. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier acupuncturist!

I went into acupuncture not knowing what to expect, but I am so glad I found Ben. Over the past few months, his expertise has helped me tremendously with my physical and mental health. Beyond his impressive knowledge of the body, Ben is incredibly kind and understanding, which made me feel comfortable right away. I started visiting Ben over a month ago concerning my migraines. He was extremely thorough in taking my medical history and pin pointed a hitherto unknown cause of my migraines. Since he began treating me my migraines have steadily improved and I am confident that they will soon be a thing of the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben, he is extremely knowledgeable and competent.
